Feedback from past Participants:

The learning experience has been beneficial for all of us who attended INSIGHT Leadership Programme. The course was structured to allow us to understand our personal characteristics before proceeding to learn how we can lead others in the journey towards leadership. I find the self-reflection a useful exercise and I still practice it regularly.  As a newcomer in ILTC sector, the seminars conducted by leaders and government officers from AIC and MOH proved to be helpful in creating a more comprehensive picture of the sectors.

 – Ms Deng Yuying, Vice President (community care), Orange Valley Nursing Home

This course has heightened our awareness of personal leadership strategic and challenges in policy making within the ILTC sectors. It has helped us to open our eyes to the various choices in front of us and has also imparted us some key concepts and skills to help us move forward.
